1. The event will take place in Vezza d’Oglio, in Upper Vallecamonica in the Province of Brescia
2. Itis mandatory for everybody to wear Caspole (snowshoes) along specific parts of the tracks indicated by the Organization. People who will not respect this rule will be automatically expelled from the official lists and classifications.
3. It is possible for under 14 to participate only if a parent or guardian will be responsible for them at all times.
4. The registration fee is:
A) Euro 12,00 with your own snowshoes and no dinner included
B) Euro 19,00 with your own snowshoes and dinner included
C) Euro 16,00 with rented snowshoes and no dinner included
D) Euro 23,00 with rented snowshoes and dinner included
The participation fee included:
- Remembrance gift
- Refreshment point along the way
- Assistance and Insurance for participants during the all trail
- Plastic snowshoe rental, given out by the organisation, for people who choose options C and D
- Dinner at "Centro Eventi Adamello", for people who choose options B and D
From the January 11th, 2019 (included) the fee coasts will be 2 Euro more, so we suggest you to enrol and pay within that date. We remind you that the enrolment will be considered concluded only at payment confirmation.
5. Enrolment can be done as follows:
a) On-line enrolment by BANK TRANSFER:
• Fill in the form in any parts on the web site https://www.caspolada.it/_old
• Print the enrolment confirmation and send it to the email address indicated on the form
• Send the enrolment confirmation by fax (at n° 0364 737591) or through e-mail address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and the copy of the Bank Transfer made to: Pro Loco Vezza d’Oglio, UBI Banca di Vallecamonica, Agenzia di Vezza d’Oglio

b) On-line enrolment and payment by CASH
• Fill in the form in any parts on the web site https://www.caspolada.it/_old
• Print the enrolment confirmation and send it to the email address indicated on the form
• Hand out the enrolment confirmation and pay by cash to Pro Loco Vezza d’Oglio at Piazza IV Luglio 1866 (within and not later than the date indicated at point 6).
c) On-line enrolment and payment by CREDIT CARD

6. Enrolment will be closed within and not later than Tuesday, January 15th, 2019
The Organiser Committee is free to close reservations at any time, when the maximum availability is reached, before the fixed date
N.B. Enrolment with payment after Wednesday, January 24th, 2018 will be not considered valid.
7. All participants are due to the local gym in Vezza d’Oglio (at least 2 hours before departure time). There, they will receive all the race supply ( the personal number also valid for dinner, the snowshoes, if rented and the participation gift).
N.B. ALL PARTICIPANTS NEED A VALID IDENTITY CARD.
People who rented snowshoes from the organization, need to live their Identity Card at rental. It will be given back at the end of the event with snowshoes in perfect conditions.
8. Personal number needs to be visible at any time. Shown at every check point it will give the right to all included services. If not the Organization will check and exclude the participants from the event.
9. It is compulsory to have the right equipment suitable to mountain excursions: shoes and boots with vibram sole, clothes for low temperatures and an electric torch.
10. The Organization is not responsible for damages to people, animals or things, before during and after the event. The enrolment gives the participant’s good physical conditions to practice no professional activities for granted. (Law D.M. 28.02.1993)
11. The Organizing Committee has the faculty to change the details of the event (track, time, organization, depending on safety, forecast and snow conditions) to guarantee the total security of participants. The event will take place even without snow, as a simple night walking. In any case neither the participation fee nor the snowshoes rental cost will be given back.
12. It could be used an electronic checking system at departure/arrival or in specific parts of the trail. In this case, each participants will be asked to collaborate and follow the instructions for the right functioning of the checking system (micro-chip or equivalent). The chip will have to be given back at the arrival. In case of loss an equivalent amount of money will have to be paid.
13. With the enrolment all participants agree to the use of their personal data both electronically and on paper (on the respect of the law 196/2003 for the protection of personal data) only for what it concerns the organization of the event, the race times and the eventual lists. Data will be accessible at any time to participants who want to modify cancel or limit their use writing to the Organization Committee.
